AdFin Consultants is a financial advisory and management consulting firm with its office at Office No. 10, 2nd Floor DG Commercial Arcade, Divine Gardens New Airport Road Lahore. Information we collect
Enquiry form. When you use the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, the service you are interested in and your message.
Direct contact. If you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your contact details and whatever you include in your message.
Website usage. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how visitors find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device type, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit. It does not give us your name or contact details.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation
- prepare any proposal or engagement letter you ask for
- keep a record of our correspondence with you
- improve the content and performance of this website
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Service providers
Messages sent through our enquiry form are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Website statistics are processed by Google Analytics, and the website itself is run by a hosting provider. These providers handle information on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Pakistan.
Cookies
Google Analytics places cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can stop Google Analytics from collecting data by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The website will continue to work if you do.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. If you become a client, we keep records for the period required by our professional and legal obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website and restricted access to enquiry records. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial documents through the enquiry form.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing info@adfinconsultants.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
